Air Fry Crispy Pig Intestine
After thawing, remove the packing. Pre-heat the fryer to 180℃, fry the pig intestine for 5 - 7 minutes.
Depends on personal taste, fry the intestine for few more minutes.
***Due to high fat content, the pig intestine will become char easily, checking the progress during frying is recommended.***
