Austria 11er Rösti Pockets with Cream Cheese and Herbs
This crispy potato rösti doesn't just look homemade but tastes homemade as well.
The finest potatoes, cream cheese and herbs formed into a deliciously crispy rösti - real home cooking!
Whether as a side dish with crispy lettuce or perhaps as pièce de résistance with a fresh fried egg.
Bake or Fry
Oven: Preheat oven to 180 °C. Bake for approx. 18 - 20 minutes until golden yellow. Turn over halfway through.
Pan: Heat a little bit of oil in a pan and fry the frozen rösti at low to medium heat for approx. 3 minutes on both sides until golden yellow.
Air fryer: Preheat to 180°C. Place the frozen rösti single layer in the frying basket and fry for approx. 8-10 minutes until golden yellow.
