Chinese Barbecued Pork is called Char Siu or Cha Siu (叉燒) in Cantonese, it is a type of famous Cantonese Siu Mei dish that is made its way throughout Asia.

To make Char Siu, pork belly or loin or shoulder is marinated in a sweet BBQ sauce and then roasted.

The meat is so juicy, tender and full of flavor, golden and delicious. Best served with plain rice or noodles.



By Air Fryer or Oven

Air fryer: after thawing, pre-heat to 190℃ and fry for 9 minutes.

Oven: after thawing, pre-heat to 200℃ and bake for 11 minutes.
