To make Char Siu, pork belly or loin or shoulder is marinated in a sweet BBQ sauce and then roasted.
The meat is so juicy, tender and full of flavor, golden and delicious. Best served with plain rice or noodles.
Air fryer: after thawing, pre-heat to 190℃ and fry for 9 minutes.
Oven: after thawing, pre-heat to 200℃ and bake for 11 minutes.
