Hungary is the world's second-largest foie gras producer and the largest exporter. The Geese or Ducks are coming from the selected farms, they are fed and raised following strict and precise criteria.

The geese are carefully processed and flash-frozen immediately from slaughter to preserve the wonderful texture, flavor, fat content and appearance.
