Spanish Iberico Pork
The Iberian pigs are a native breed of Spain, and it is genetically blessed with natural marbled meat, rendering it superbly buttery and tender.
They are fed on natural acorns, cereals (wheat, corn, barley) and leguminous plants. The marbling of fat in Iberico pork makes it super tasty and delicious.
The meat is more flavorful, more juicy, and very distinctive. Suitable for baking, grilling and stewing.
Pork Spare Ribs
Spare ribs are cut from the lower portion of the pig specifically the belly and breastbone, behind the shoulder.
There is a covering of meat on top of the bones and also between them. Very fine and tight muscle fibers, the meat is tender and has a pleasing flavor.
