How to prepare?

You may prepare the dish by your preference:

•Air Fry: Fry at 180-200℃ for 10-12 minutes then flip the pork knuckle and fry for 10-12 more minutes. (Spray or brush some oil on the skin if needed)

•Oven: Bake / Grill at 200-220℃ for 20-25 minutes.
