HUI KEE

Begins back in the 50s at Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong. Hui Kee were just a wooden hawker trolley, strolling around the wet market selling homemade fishballs.

The little operations slowly made its way to the very first shop in 1979, and finally in 2017, production moved into a new automated factory at Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.
