4. This combo is supplied by “ChumRest Catering” and will be delivered by supplier directly
5. Free shipping, Mon-Sun (incl. Feb 1, 2, 3). Surcharge will be applied for delivery service to remote areas and during public holidays.
6. Two delivery timeslots can be selected: A) 10:00am ~ 2:00pm ; B) 2:00pm ~ 7:00pm, please indicate your preference in “Remarks” field at checkout page.
7. For delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays, please mark in “Remarks” field at checkout page.
8. Please pick-up your order at ground floor of your address where delivery car can be parked temporarily. Carparking fee, if any, shall be reimbursed by customers if it is charged by housing estates or management.
9. Delivery area does not cover HKCEC@Wanchai, Airport, Ma Wan, Tai Mo Shan, Fei Ngo Shan, Kwun Yam Shan, Discovery Bay, Outlying Islands and Restricted Areas, however, you can opt to pick-up at supplier’s office located at Kwun Tong.
10. Delivery service to Remote Areas (Tung Chung, San Tin, Kwu Tung, Lam Tei, The Peak, Lau Fau Shan, Shek O, Stanley, Ta Kwu Ling, Lung Kwu Tan, Kam Tin, Shap Pak Heung, Pak Heung, Fairview Park) requires additional delivery charge of $120, please select product “D1” to the shopping cart.

Poon choi, or literally translated to “Chinese casserole in a basin” is a communal dish that is unique to Hong Kong and Guangdong.

There are different versions of the origin of poon choi, yet it is an important part of the village culture, for more than 700 years.

Poon choi is served whenever there are celebrations connected with rituals, weddings, ancestor worship, festivals like Chinese New Year.
