Ready to serve
They are precooked and ready to serve. The shells are partially removed or cap-off, making it extremely easy to extract the large lumps of delicate crab meat.
Thaw and served chilled with warm butter or cocktail sauce. If serve them hot, the meat can be steamed or poached for 5 minutes, lightly sautéed in a flavorful butter, baked or broiled in the oven.
